1. Our principle

Muslim Reminder is a not-for-profit waqf: no ads, no ad trackers, no selling of data. We collect the strict minimum needed to operate the service.

2. Data processed by the app

The app does not require any account.

Your location is used only to compute prayer times and qibla direction; it is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Your preferences (language, notification settings, Quran reading progress, tasbih counters) are stored locally on your device.

3. Contact form

When you contact us (from the app or the website), your message, your email address if provided, and basic technical information (system, app version) are transmitted to us in order to handle your request. This data is used only to reply to you and is kept for the time needed to process the request.

4. Notifications

Reminders and notifications are scheduled locally by your device's system. You can disable them at any time in the settings.

5. Third-party services

The website is hosted by a hosting provider which may process technical logs (IP addresses) for security purposes.

The series episodes are hosted by archive.org; playing them is subject to that service's terms.

Downloading the app through the App Store or Google Play is subject to Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

6. Cookies

The website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of data concerning you (for example a contact message) by writing to us via the Contact page.

8. Changes

This policy may evolve. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
