These terms govern the use of the muslimreminder.app website and the Muslim Reminder mobile application (the “Service”).

Muslim Reminder is a waqf: a not-for-profit pious endowment, provided free of charge, without ads, and committed to staying that way.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

The Service provides, among other things: reminders to send salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ, Quran reading, prayer times, adhkar (Hisn al-Muslim), hadith collections, a tasbih counter, qibla direction, and downloadable content (a series on the life of the Prophet ﷺ, ringtones, wallpapers).

Religious content is provided as a reminder and for information. For religious questions, please consult people of knowledge.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property and third-party content

The app, the website and their elements (interfaces, logos, texts) are protected. Third-party content made available (recitations, series episodes, ringtones, images) remains the property of its respective authors and rights holders; it is shared free of charge as a reminder. If you are a rights holder and wish content to be removed, please contact us.

6. Prayer times and qibla

Prayer times and qibla direction are calculated automatically and provided for guidance only. Differences may exist depending on the calculation method and your local situation: check with your mosque in case of doubt.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
